Re programming the subconscious mind for success and happiness

Programing the subconcious takes time and effort, but you will start to see the results in no time. We go through so many emotions in life. From the time we wake up till we fall a sleep. We let our emotions just dictate our life and our decision making in every situation. Sometimes our emotions do make the right decsions, but sometimes we let our emotions take over our decisions with doubt, fear, anxiety, stress, unworthiness, anger and more..These negative emotions start making us unhappy, sick, doutfull, scared, anctious. When we come to a point in our life where noithing makes us happy or we just dont enjoy things arpundus we need to start to change by looking inword. What every you are feeling inside is what you are reflecting on the outside of your world. Thats the universes law in the Quantum Field that we are living in. This is why its wise to start programming the subconcious.

How do emotion rise in our daily life?

There is always a thought behind every emotion. If a person feels angry, it is because of a thought that evokes anger in hi. If a person feels sadness, it is because of a thought that evokes sad feelings in him. A person who changes his thoughts can also change his feelings. A person who can control his thoughts can also control his emotions. When you start thinking negatively in your life thats because you have negative feelings underlying in yourself, others, situations or life. Negative thoughts, on the other hand, are formed by the person’s past experiences or negative conditioning.

If we consider that we produce at least 10 negative thoughts every day, a 20-year-old person has produced 73,000 negative thoughts. If we add negative messages from outside to this, the number increases perhaps 10 times. With so many negative thoughts, we will encounter a human model that is especially loaded with subconscious negative data. This will not only create a person who experiences negative emotions, but also a person who spends his life with limited, negative, and unhappy thoughts, through the old programmed subconscious mind. Therefore, breaking old negative patterns and replacing them with positive thoughts and images will completely change a person’s life. Positive thoughts will bring positive emotions. A person who is confident in himself and his life can think positively and has lively positive emotions will succeed in being free, happy, and successful.

Our thoughts thats been programmed from age 1-7 are the crucial ones that play a significant role in our life day to day decision making.

So, what should we do to erase all the old thought patterns and replace them with new positive thought patterns?

Although there are many different ways to do this, one of the easiest techniques that anyone can do is affirmation. Just as we have produced negative thoughts for years, we will now start producing positive thoughts. This work may take some time, but if you work regularly, you will be very successful. For example, if a 30-year-old person experiences a guilt-inducing thought form once every day, it means there are around 11 thousand guilt records in his subconscious mind. Then, when the person starts re programming their thought patterns through affirmations, the thought of acceptance and forgiveness will replace the old thoughts. The old recorded thoughts will lose their validity, will be erased, and the realities of the subconscious will change. So, if I make affirmations for new records 100 times every day, the work will be completed in 4 months on average, and if I make affirmations 400 times every day, the work will be completed in 1 month.

Even just changing one negative thought, will change many things in your life and you can start working on other negative thoughts that you kept for many years later one.

Here are some examples on how to change these negative thoughts.

Find the emotions thats formed by some basic negative thought pattern, and prepare a affirmation. First, decide which one is the most important one and start with that. Don’t move on to another emotion before one is finished. You will get results with consistent work.

You may think that you generate a negative thought at least once a day for each emotion. But there can be much more in your life. You are the one who decides this. Be mindfull of your thoughts and write them down this way you will know which ones you need to work on. If someone triggers you or a situation, go back and look at yourslef and realize what kind of emotion you felt when that someone or something nsaid or didi to you. Check your emotions how they are becoming positive or negative in your dya to day life and start working on them. You will make this decision. But at the end, each affirmation you make will erase some of the old negative thought forms, initiating changes in your life. For example, a person whose sense of guilt decreases will be more positive and confident in both business and family life. His quality of life will increase and he will be freed from a bond that prevents him from achieving his goals. 

Affirmation for Guilt: I leave my past behind with love, I forgive myself, and I am at peace.Feeling of Insecurity: I love and approve of myself. I choose to see my value. I’m strong.Having fears about life: I am safe, everything is as it should be, and I am at peace.Having addictions: I choose to be free, I leave the past behind, I enjoy myself.

Having a strong feeling of anger: I forgive myself, love myself, and forgive everyone for my good.Communication Problems: I speak easily, explain myself, and understand people.Experience failures: I love and approve of myself. I am always and completely enough.

Don’t find yourself ugly: I am beautiful, valuable and I choose to be happy.Don’t feel dirty: I love and approve of my body and mind. I’m leaving the past behind, I’m great.

Concentration Problem: I focus my thoughts where I want and I am in my center. Everything is fine.Stress: I completely relax and relax. Everything is happening as it should. I am enough.Indecisiveness: I am determined, stick to my decisions, and support myself.

Past obsession: I let go of the past and accept the new with love. Everything is working for my benefit.

Emotional issues: I love and approve of myself. I choose to be happy and I find love everywhere.

Need for perfection: Everything in my life is sufficient and I love myself. Everything happens easily, as it should.Don’t be governed by others: I take back my power and govern myself. I am free.
